Warranty
We are very happy that you have chosen F-TonDa products and become our partner. Our goal is to make customer satisfaction a priority in our business
For this in mind we have established following guidelines to protect you and your customers with warranty issues. As for all products purchased from F-TonDa, we will provide 1 years warranty if there exist any problem after test by our engineers. The guideline is follows:
1).Customers should ensure that the RMA goods were supplied by F-TonDa Company Customers should complete the RMA form and send it to F-TonDa Company. 2) Returned Parts-only the defectives unit without any accessories In order to save the postage of returning products, only the defectives unit should be returned back without any accessories. 3) Shipping method for returning goods The customers should return the defectives unit only by post to avoid the Customs Clearance problem when return back to us. 4). Package requirement When customer sending a defective product to F-TonDa, it is required that customers provide prepaid freight and provide invoice of freight fee, Shipped products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. 5) Repaired and returned period After receiving of the returned defectives unit, F-TonDa will finish repairng within 1 weeks and will send back the repaired unit to the customer together with the goods under the next order of the customer, then prepaid freight fee will be deducted from next order PI(so F-TonDa will be responsible to both ways) if RMA rate is 2% and above. Of course, if have not next order, F-TonDa will send the RMA goods to you by express. 6) The warranty term for the end users The warranty term is indirectly suitable for the end users, the end users should only send back to the retailer or our local agent from which the end user buy in case of any defects in material and workmanship; we will not directly service to end user.
